APPLICATION FEATURES

  1. Remote guidance
    If the onsite technician is unable to diagnose or fix the problem themselves, they will have the ability to request a remote expert to assist with the maintenance procedure.
  2. Real-time job assignments
    With internet connectivity, the technician will sync the system in order to pull the list of jobs from your companies existing application. The technician will have the ability to select the relevant job number from the list.
  3. Capture, save & share data
    Take before and after photos of the equipment and the job you were working on. If desired, video record the entire process.
  4. First person video calling
    A remote expert will have the ability to see what the technician does through the camera on the smart glasses. Through a corresponding web app the remote experts will be able to guide the field technician via a series of commands and drawings.
  5. Navigate via voice or touch commands
    Use various voice and/or touch commands to navigate your way through the system.
  6. Save data on the cloud &/or locally
    Depending on your business requirements, save your data to the cloud and/or a dedicated server.
  7. Compatible with multiple hardware devices
    Our software has been designed to run off a variety of different monocular smart glass devices.
  8. Off line capabilities
    Living in Africa we are often faced with internet availability challenges. Our solution allows field technicians to capture images and videos of the system, move to a location with signal and send them to the remote expert. The remote expert will be able to make recommendations and send them back.
